Here is Allyson's class singing Happy Birthday. I only got the end of it because I was trying to catch her reaction. She was so embarrassed. Hopefully I will be posting some of the pictures to their site later this week. I can't believe she is already 4. Time is flying by.

Honk Those Horns
So my brother started Pharmacy school today at The University of Texas (that would be t.u. for half of my friends). He moved up to Austin yesterday and for the next 2.5 days he will be in orientation. It was nice to be on campus this weekend but nothing comparable to going back to AggieLand. Just thinking of my little brother in my "old stompin' grounds" gives me a feeling a pride. He really showed us all how to be a true Aggie and I know that will make an excellent pharmacist. So since we are now on the other side of the Brazos River we can no longer Whoop! but we aren't ready to do the Hook em' so I'll be using Allyson's expression of "Honk the horns!"
For those that don't remember the story here it is. I was unable to link so I had to use the old fashion cut and paste.
December 28th, 2007--"Honk the Horns"
Last night Brian sat down to watch the Pacific Life Holiday Bowl which was Texas vs. Arizona State. Allyson ran over to couch and started screaming "football, football...yeah!" I just laughed and told Brian "looks like you finally found a woman to watch football with." So at the beginning of the game Brian was making his "hook em" sign and trying to teach Allyson to say "Hook em' horns". (He is determined for Allyson to do this one day to her Uncle Jon.) So Allyson finally got her hand sign correct and Brian would say "Hook em'" and Allyson said "No, it's honk the horn, Dad, honk the horn". I showed her the thumbs up "Gigem" sign and so she would but up her thumb and say "honk the horns, honk the horns". That's right Brian this year the Aggies "honked the horns" (okay that sounds just bad). I just laughed. There is still time for her to be an Aggie. She would have made her Uncle Jon proud last night.

Flashback Friday
I haven't been able to blog in the evenings because the entire family has been watching the Olympics. Allyson and I love to watch gymnastics and swimming. Brian also watches beach volleyball. To keep with the Olympic theme the flashback Friday photo goes back to Allyson's first day of gymnastics. Allyson has decided to not take gymnastics for the fall and will be starting ballet/tap with her friend Lillian.

Flashback Friday
So Tuesday marks one year since William's baptism. I guess I never got the pictures from Mom of his actual baptism. So here is a picture of William afterward in his little outfit.
